We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products. If you would like a replacement for the same item or a different product, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide return instructions, including the return mailing address.
- Ship the item back by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For non-defective items, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Shop Beautified Responsibility: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.

- Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days based on location
- Shipping Cost: Free on all orders
