Return and Refund Policy

At Shop Beautified, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

Please note: Custom or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopbeautified.shop. Be sure to include your order number, the reason for your return, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

Shipping for returns is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your return is authorized. Simply print the label and send the item back to us in its original packaging.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@shopbeautified.shop, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@shopbeautified.shop with a description and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@shopbeautified.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a refund or sending a replacement.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can return the item once it arrives following the standard return process.
