  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday.
  • Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Shop Beautified does not store complete payment details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days depending on customer location.
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Eligible Products: New, unused items.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned product.
  • Exchanges: Accepted for eligible products in new condition.
